Black Tusk Development Group Ltd. is owned and operated by William (Bill) Brown. Bill has over 25 years of experience in high-end residential design; envision planning, commercial and restaurant design. Starting his career in Gananoque, Ontario, just outside of Kingston, he moved to Whistler, BC establishing Black Tusk Design. Bill returned to Ontario and continued Black Tusk Design in the Southern Georgian Bay region in 1998. The exceptional growth experienced in the Blue Mountain region has provided an excellent opportunity to become involved in numerous residential projects throughout the area. Black Tusk has designed and/or managed the building of over 70 customized homes based on a solid reputation, personable service, a strong skill set and steadfast attention to detail. Black Tusk Design incorporated in October 2006 becoming Black Tusk Development Group Ltd.

Barbara Patton joined Black Tusk Design in 1998, with over 10 years experience working in facilities management with large corporations across Canada. She then transferred into the hospitality industry, focusing on new project management and getting everything complete from start up to operation. Barbara specializes in Interior Outfitting, a perfect blend of both worlds, providing services to fit out a home to be move in ready.

Barbara demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, superior product research and knowledge, while managing scheduling with steadfast accuracy, all of which makes her a natural compliment to Black Tusk.
